By commissioning me, you accept and acknowledge the following:

• You only have the rights to use the completed work for personal usage only unless otherwise specified in communication.
• You do not reserve the right to mint my art as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token), or use it to promote any kind of NFT or Crypto-currency.
• I will not draw softcore, or hardcore pornographic depictions of real people living or deceased.
• I will not draw softcore, or hardcore pornographic depictions of characters who present as children, appear to be children, or who are confirmed to be children.
• I will not draw softcore, or hardcore pornographic depictions of pairings of characters who are implied or confirmed relatives.
• I will not draw softcore, or hardcore pornographic depictions of animals or human and animal pairings.
• I will not draw highly complex machinery or backgrounds.defined as requesting every individual leaf on a tree or bush being rendered, rendering every blade of grass, or fully rendering other geographical attributes of a location. Highly complex machinery is in reference to small gears and wires densely packed into one space, or dense circutry and soldering points.
• Extra fees may be applicable if you are asking me to design a character(s) for you. These fees will vary depending on how involved I need to be in the design.
• I will not draw anything hateful, mean spirited, or bigoted. This includes anything targeting marginalized communities (e.g. Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, LGBTQ+ Community, disabled people, mentally ill people) with intention to attack or belittle. I will not draw symbols associated with hate groups.
• As a neurodivergent person, my own conditions may affect the amount of time a commission may take, as well as the current amount of commissions I have currently. Requesting updates on a commission are not just open, but encouraged. If you need your commission by a specific date please specify so I can accomodate you.
• I will not give out art for free. Begging for free art won't get you anywhere. My art is something that I worked to get, and I work to give you. Regardless of circumstance, I will need to be financially compensated for my time and effort.
• If the amount of adjustments on a piece exceeds 20, I reserve the right to drop the piece altogether.
• If you are dissatisfied with the results, refunds will be offered depending on how complete the work is upon the refund request.

• The price of my commissions are based not only on the time spent on each individual commission, but the value I believe my skills have.
